Frequently asked questions
What is A2 Bilona ghee?
A2 Bilona ghee is made from milk of indigenous Indian cow breeds that produce A2 beta-casein protein. The Bilona method curdles the milk into yogurt, hand-churns it into butter, then slowly clarifies it — preserving aroma, nutrients and granular texture.
Can you export A2 ghee to Australia?
Yes. We ship to Australian importers with full DAFF-compliant documentation, FSSAI certificate of origin, lab test reports and APEDA clearance. Typical sea-freight transit to Sydney/Melbourne is 18–24 days.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ for export is 500 kg per shipment. Mixed-product containers with honey or mustard oil are also available to optimise freight.
Do you offer private label packaging?
Yes. We offer private label and white label packaging in glass jars and tins from 250 g to 15 kg, including custom artwork and barcodes for your retail market.
